Further to the conversation I had with you, please quote me the prices for following licensed software.

A. Software

1. MS Office 2007 Small Business - 10 units
2. Vista business - 10 units (if not provided by the hardware vendor)
3. Acrobot Writer 8 Standard - 1 unit
4. Symantec Endpoint Protection 11.0 or any other appropriate
anti-virus software - 10 units

B. Please also indicate what would be the additional cost per unit as and when we increase our computers/users in the future for each of the above software.

C. Please provide a proposal for on call IT support when we start operations.

D. Please also provide details of mobile Internet connection (pricing and bandwidth etc) to be used until we get the permanent Internet Connection.

I would get in touch with you with regard to LAN once I finalise with the interior designer.
