At AKNET we firmly believe, it is
the customers who keep us doing what we are good at doing.
If not for them we wouldn’t have gone so far. We
welcome customer comments wholeheartedly to improve our
services. We also believe that customers move out from
us due to various reasons and customers have all the right
to make such decisions.
Perhaps AKNET could be the only company who would write
to customers when they depart, thanking them for the opportunity
given to AKNET to serve them. That makes us special in
the eyes of customers and we are ever ready to serve them
if they decide to come back to us.
